Rowing Dock is an Austin Parks & Recreation concession whose mission is to promote rowing & other family water sports.
We offer rowing lessons & memberships, kayak & paddle boat rentals & summer camps. We pride ourselves on a fun, highly supportive atmosphere with the best boats on Town Lake. Exercise or relax on the water: we have a boat for

Summer Water Sports Camps
Texas Rowing Center offers weekly water sports camps throughout the summer for middle school and high school students on beautiful Town Lake.
Middle school camps are for kids in grades 5 through 8 and focus on rowing/kayaking in the mornings, and swimming/hiking in the afternoons.
High School morning camps are for kids in grades 9 through 12 and focus on learning to row.
Camps are taught by our certified-rowing instructors and we limit the number of participants for each camp, so sign-up early (a 50% deposit is required).
As a bonus, each camper will receive a club T-shirt from the Texas Rowing Center.
Each camper should bring the following with them each day:
Sack Lunch (with extra dessert for the instructor)
Drinks
Water
Towel
Sandals
Sunscreen
Hat
Sunglasses
« Middle School Camp Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Camp Cost: $265 for 1st week, $145 for all additional weeks. Holidays are off but an additional Saturday is added to the week with the holiday.
« High School Camp Schedule
Monday through Friday from 9 am to noon
Camp Cost: $195 for 1st week, $100 for all additional weeks.
