Music on My Own: Summer!
MoMO is designed to provide a thorough and developmentally appropriate music experience for the budding musician. Children will have the opportunity to sing and dance, play basic percussion instruments, hear operatic selections, folk dance, listen to classical selections, and learn about composers. The focus for this class is to nurture basic music abilities as well as foster a genuine love for music making. It is our hope that these students will learn to sing and move expressively, learn how to keep a steady beat and learn to sing in tune. Most importantly, we hope they learn that they, too, can make their own music! This half-day camp is led by Julie Ingram. Please bring a lunch. Snacks are provided.
